Selling on Agrihelp is easy and convenient. All you need is to register, list your catalog, and start selling your products.

Creating Your Catalogue

Catalogue Management is one of the key aspects of setting up an online store. It covers Product Names, Images, Quantity, Specifications, Price, and Description. All of these influence a consumer’s buying behavior. For further information on how to effectively manage a catalog.

Product Description & Image Checklist
To create your catalog, you must do the following:

  • • Provide complete Product Name(s)
  • • Mention the Key Product Attributes
  • • Upload High-Resolution Images with no text or artwork
  • • Use clean/uncluttered background for images
  • • Enter detailed Product Descriptions with relevant keywords
  • • Avoid Keyword Spamming

Pricing Checklist

Commission Structure

There are many people right now thinking of selling online as it helps them grow their business and cater to a larger market. Small to medium sizes businesses may have limitations in opening and operating hours for their stores and offices. But online sales operate 24 hours a day and 7 days a week all year around. Agrihelp is a platform in which we’re trying to help these businesses.

What makes Agrihelp unique is its merchant-centric approach. The vital features that Agrihelp provides its merchants are timely payment, consistent approach and the scope to constantly expand your business, as you wish. This space also helps you sell your products online where you pay a very minimal price.   

Our Commission Structure is:

  • • We’ll charge 12% on the total billed amount for individual orders.
  • • Whereas 8% will be charged for Bulk Buying (MOQ can be discussed with our team).
  • • For a listing, we charge a fee of 1000/- which is valid for a year. You can just register yourself and our support team will contact you on how to list your products.
    You’ll have to provide us proper data e.g., product catalogs, pricing, photographs, all the saleable contents as per the format provided by our team and this will be free of cost.
  • The Delivery cost will be borne by the seller on actuals.

1. General Policies and Rules

Agrihelp’s policies and rules are the common guidelines that create a safe, trusted, and fair-trading environment for all Agrihelp’s members. To promote a safe and trusted trading environment, enforces these policies and rules.
User agreement -. This is the most important Agrihelp’s policy and rule document. All members are responsible for reviewing and understanding Agrihelp policies and all applicable laws and regulations contained in this legal agreement.
Rules for Everyone -. General policies apply to all the Agrihelp members including, Agrihelp employees. This section includes rules that protect your privacy and your identity. Learn more about issues like the use of profanity, unsolicited email (spam), etc.
Keyword Spamming Policy - This policy is designed to restrict merchants not to abuse brand names as keywords in product listings uploaded on the Agrihelp to drive attention from the buyers.
Links Policy – This policy is designed to restrict merchants to inappropriately add links in its product listings or online storefront to move traffic away from Agrihelp.
Merchants are not eligible to be a part of the Agrihelp affiliate program. Any direct or indirect association with an affiliate will be a violation of policy and shall lead to permanent suspension of the merchant’s account.
Rules about Intellectual Property – Agrihelp has zero-tolerance for any intellectual property violations. Please notify us in case any violation has occurred on with our knowledge and we shall take appropriate action as soon as such violations are brought to our notice.
Agrihelp rules and policies are designed to:

  • • Provide equal opportunity to all buyers and seller
  • • Protect intellectual property rights
  • • Provide an enjoyable buying experience
  • • Support the values of the Agrihelp Community

Violations of policy may result in a range of actions including:

  • • Store suspension
  • • Limits on account privileges

  • • Loss of Top Rated Merchant status

The imposition of the Penalty amount is decided at the sole discretion of Agrihelp. This penalty amount is a /Compensation for any default made by the merchant.

2. Keyword Spamming Policy

Keyword spamming occurs when merchants place brand names or other inappropriate keywords in a title or description for the purpose of gaining attention or diverting members to a listing. Keyword spamming in listings is not permitted on Agrihelp. The text seller's place in listings must be directly relevant to the item being sold.

Violations of this policy may result in a range of actions, including:

  • • Product Listing cancellation
  • • Limits on account privileges
  • • Account suspension
  • • Loss of Top Rated Merchant status at Agrihelp.

3. Pricing Policy

Please note that trust is the most important aspect of trade between buyers and sellers in the marketplace and one of the key aspects of trust is fair pricing. For healthy transaction flow at Agrihelp, we ask you to price your items responsibly. Please note that we are constantly monitoring prices for each merchant at various channels and do not allow you to price your items at higher prices at Agrihelp vs. other channels such as your own retail store, your own Website (if any), or any other 3rd party retail stores or Websites. You should price your items sold at Agrihelp to be the same as the lowest rate you are selling elsewhere or even lower.

4. Honesty is MRP

Please note the trust you build with your buyers will go away if you artificially start showing higher MRP so that the selling price appears to be a much better deal vs. what it actually is.

5. Customer Communication Policy

Sellers/merchants at Agrihelp are prohibited to engage in direct communication with buyers for any pre-sale, order, payments, shipping, post-sale or returns related matters. Merchants are also not allowed to engage in direct or indirect marketing, communication with buyers at Agrihelp. For specific product inquiries, warranties, shipping/delivery, etc., Agrihelp can intermediate the communication between buyers and sellers. However, sellers/merchants should not be engaged in communication with buyers.

Payment Reimbursement

Once the invoice is generated, you would receive the payment within 15-20 working days. A detailed PDF will be emailed to you along with the customer details for reconciliation (accounting).

For example, if you sell a product on Monday once the invoice is generated, your account will be credited with the amount within 15-20 working days.

How to Ship?

Once the order is confirmed, within 48 hours you’ll have to get the product packed and ready (we will provide you all the packaging with Agrihelp’s Logo). Our delivery partner will come and you can handover the package. In case of delay in getting the order packed within 48 hrs, a 4% penalty will be imposed on the selling price.

You’ll have to ensure that the packaging is done neatly and properly along with the invoice so that nothing is damaged while in transit. This will make the process easy and steady.

Manage Return

If a buyer requests a return, Agrihelp will send you an email that includes the reason for the return. We recommend that you respond to return requests within 24 hours. If the buyer’s request doesn’t comply with our return policies, we will tell you in the email.

  •  Return Process

To process the return request, go to your Seller account then Manage Returns page, where you can review, authorize, or decline requests.

  • Refund Options

If you authorize the return request and want to refund the order, you can choose from several options. We encourage you to wait until you receive a returned item before issuing a refund so you can evaluate its return condition.

  • ​​​​​​​Canceled Returns

If a buyer contacts you directly to cancel a return request, ask them to cancel it through their Agrihelp Account. You’ll get an email when buyers cancel pending requests.
