Return Policy

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave the warehouse, however, there is a slight possibility that the product could get damaged during shipment.
If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your replacement of the product:

• Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (support@agrihelp.co) or phone within 2 business days of receiving the order. Complaints received after 2 days of the shipment getting delivered shall not be entertained.
• Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and mail us a written request to replace/the defective/wrong items in your order along with product pictures of the damaged/ wrong/ defective products.
• Step 3: In this case, we will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact and confirmed the same by the merchant at their end.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In the case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount. The replacement/refund shall be initiated as soon as the damaged products reach our warehouse.

The refund is only possible if the product is unused, undamaged, and is with the original packaging and with the receipt and the invoice. Only when the product will reach premises we will refund you your amount as decided.

NOTE:  For a refund, the name of the customer must be the same as registered in the Agrihelp account and bank account name, Customer must send a cheque photo or passbook photo for a refund with Adhaar Card or PAN card.

Agrihelp reserve the right to change or update the terms and conditions at any time with or without any prior notice. To make sure you are always updated on the terms and conditions, please review this website periodically.

Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
