Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund, then refund would be processed within 7 working days as follows:

In the case of a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified by the merchant. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed in form of credits to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 working days of us receiving the products back.
In any case, the issue for refund/replacement should be raised by the client within 2 working days of receiving the product and the client should provide images of the damaged products for verification.

If the payment was made online, we shall reverse the payment in form of Credits to the customer's Agrihelp account, which can be redeemed later.

If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery, we would transfer the amount to the customer's Agrihelp accounts in form of credits, which can be redeemed later.

Note: Agrihelp is a Subsidiary of Shree Shakti Infotech

Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
